Do you love sparkling wine, oysters and caviar? Of course you do! But, how much do you really know about oysters in general? No matter how much you know, we have a fun and exciting event for you!
Karen Rivara, known to many as the Oyster Queen, is an engaging speaker with extensive knowledge of the past, present and future of oyster farming on Long Island. A graduate of LIU Southampton, Karen has a degree in Marine Biology, was the first female president of the LI Farm Bureau, and operates an hatchery, Shellfisher Preserve, in Southold. If there is anything you want to know about this delicious mollusk, you need to meet Karen!
4:30PM to 5:00PM
Mingle on the terrace with a glass of Lenz Blanc de Noir Rosé and passed hors d’oeuvres.

Guests will receive a flight of 6 oysters: 3 each of two different types of oysters.
Each trio will be served with fresh lemon, mignonette, and caviar.
Oysters will be paired with our 2014 Cuvée, 2004 Cuvée RD, and
a surprise addition to be announced during the presentation.
