WINE EXPLORER SERIES - SUMMER 2010

This year we are going to tackle Bordeaux and Burgundy.  Each class runs approximately 90 minutes.  3 flights of wines will be tasted, blindly, each class.  All wines will be sourced from local wineries & retail stores; so, you may immediately incorporate them into your summer celebrations.  A discussion will follow each flight.  Cheese and bread will be served as well as bottled water.

All classes are offered on Sunday afternoons from 1 - 3pm.  Class limited to 25 participants.  
ST. JULIEN -- July 18
ST. EMILION -- July 25
BURGUNDY -- August 1
ST. ESTEPHE -- August 8
POMEROL -- August 15
